The school staff are not qualified to dispense medicines, but are able to administer medicines prescribed by a doctor or some over the counter medicines .
If you have been advised by a Doctor that your child is not contagious and they are well enough to return to school, please ensure that the prescribed medication including the GP and contact details are sent to school with a completed ‘Medication Request Form’, found via the link below with clear instructions and hand this to the school office.
Please note that the Surrey County Council guidelines dictate that medicines should be provided in the original containers and that staff are not allowed to administer aspirin or medicine containing Ibuprofen unless it is prescribed.
For specific medical issues or concerns please contact the Headteacher directly

Mrs DeMorais will only make contact if further clarification is needed.
If you wish to request permission to take your child out of school for any other reason, a minimum of five working days notice needs to be given.
Please email the Headteacher at : firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the reason for the request of absence. A ‘Pupil Absence Form’ should be completed and email correspondence attached prior to handing the form to the office.
